These draft notices describe the intended Academy design. They are not a published store policy.

PARENT-OWNED ACCOUNTS

The Academy is for parent-directed, age-appropriate toy practice. A parent buys access, manages kid nicknames and supervises each session. Do not provide a child’s full name, address, school or other identifying details in profile fields or photos.

ACCESS AND BILLING

An eligible kit purchase includes a 30-day trial. Continued access is $9/month through Shopify. Paid access lasts through the recorded paid period; payment failures and cancellations do not remove already-paid time. Full refunds revoke the access granted by the refunded purchase.

PARENT CONTROL

Parents can manage profiles and request account deletion from Account. A production notice must identify the legal operator and contact address, verified consent process, retention periods, processor list and applicable children’s privacy disclosures before launch.

TOY PRACTICE

The BlockBlaster™ is 100% a toy. The Academy does not certify anyone to handle real firearms. If a real firearm is found: do not touch it, leave the area and tell an adult. Secure storage and adult supervision remain essential.
